Temperament:  Mr. Bingley is a big, solid Thoroughbred who is learning his manners and how to be a sweet, polite friend. He has plenty of personality and is starting to understand what is expected of him. We think there is a really lovely horse underneath it all who will enjoy having a person of his own.
Currently:  Mr. Bingley is working on his groundwork and learning the foundations that will help prepare him for his second career. He is still figuring out this whole life-after-racing thing, but he is learning and making progress.

Adoption: Mr. Bingley is a homebred from Arizona, which means he was loved and cared for from the very beginning, quite literally since conception! He made just one start on the racetrack before retiring due to a tendon injury. After four months off to heal, he came to us completely recovered and ready to begin his next chapter.

Built more like a Quarter Horse than your typical Thoroughbred, Mr. Bingley is a substantial, handsome guy who we think would make a wonderful trail or flat riding partner. For someone looking for a sturdy Thoroughbred with a unique look, an interesting story, and plenty of personality, Mr. Bingley could be a very fun partner to bring along.
